The operation principle of the submerged pulse valve is that the diaphragm divides the pulse valve into two chambers, the front and the rear chamber. When the compressed air is turned on, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the orifice, and the rear chamber pressure closes the diaphragm to the valve. The output port is off.

The electric signal of the pulse blowing control device moves the armature of the pulse solenoid valve. After the pulse valve, the air outlet of the air chamber opens, the air chamber quickly loses pressure, the diaphragm moves backward, the compressed air is blown through the valve output port, and the pulse valve is opened. . The compressed air is instantaneously ejected from the valve to form a blowing air stream. When the pulse controller's electric signal disappears, the armature is reset, the rear air chamber vent hole is closed, and the rear air chamber pressure is raised to make the diaphragm close to the valve output port, and the pulse valve is closed.
